The Doctor of Physical Therapy will design a program to help you Recover from injury, Return to work, Return to sport, Prevent Injury & Improve function. The session will include assessment, corrective exercise prescription, NEUBIE Therapy, and any other treatments appropriate for your condition (Dry Needling/ Cupping/ Ultrasound/ Cold laser therapy/ Blood Flow Restriction Therapy/ Therapeutic Heat/ Ice/ Traditional E-stim/ Whole Body Cryotherapy)

Arizona Law does not require a referral from your medical provider for Physical Therapy.

Want to speak with the Doc before committing to an in-person treatment? Not sure if you need all the pain-relieving services we offer, but just want recommendations on proper exercises to perform to achieve your goals? This is your answer. You will meet with the Doc via TeleHealth (video phone call) and she will answer your questions and recommend the appropriate plan of care to achieve your goals.


What happens at my physical therapy Appointment?

The Doctor of Physical Therapy will do a full evaluation and design a program to address your functional limitations.

The program can include:

NEUBIE Stimulation Therapy

Corrective Exercise Prescription:Strengthening, cardiovascular and flexibility activities

Soft tissue work, such as dry needling or cupping therapy

Pain controlling modalities, such as Electrical Stimulation, Cold Laser and Ultrasound

What Should I bring to my appointment?

You should wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.

Your apparel should allow visual access or be loose fitting, so the therapist can assess the area.

You should bring your insurance card if you will be using your insurance to cover services

Pediatric Physical Therapy
