  • Who can be a member?

    Anyone who is polite, pleasant, and wants to train! Big or little, fat or thin, strong or feeble but trying! …We just want good folks who are after an old school gym full of other good people.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    No

-   Can my friend/spouse/etc. attend for free?

No

-   Do you offer Day Passes?

generally not due to staffing; text your name, preferred dates, and location preference and we’ll advise if a pass can be facilitated

-   Can you bill my insurance?

No

-   Can you teach me how to use the equipment/provide

free training?

We do not offer free training but do have trainers available - no scummy sales, just the training you need.

-   Can I have a job?

We do not have any openings at this time.

-   You sound mean – why aren’t you more inviting?

Evolve exists for members and members-to-be, not for window shoppers. In the gym world, people = money but they also = problems. we run lean to keep members happy and quality high.
